By honoring our body as a vessel for divinity, we flow, connect and resonate in our expressions. With a mix of chemistry that attracts and alchemy that builds. We strive to shift our thoughts, visions and feelings into a prayer. A prayer of dance and movement, as we ground and center, radiate love and expand into something new, comfortable and exciting.

We fly off and land deep into the summer closing at Landgoed Ottermeer, with a full immersion in what life has to offer when we Tune in and Align, Expand, Resonate and Vibrate Together. Welcome, into our delicious bubble of blissfulness we call ‘A Conscious Paradise’! It’s a 5-day gathering with a free flow program in 3 workshop areas, a special wellness & healing area and a Chocolate Club bar to treat yourself.

The entire family is welcome and there even is a special program for kids and care for the 0-4 years. Het Grote Fijne is for those who want to gather with an easy vibe and free flow.

This is absolutely the perfect family getaway, where kids can dive into nature and enrich their playtime with organized activities on site, while you unwind, renew yourself and indulge your senses.

There is no centralized program and we encourage you to go and flow! You can join the elements that feel right and participate in ceremonies and workshops that sound exciting. Workshops are on the full-is-full basis, no option to register upfront.

You can go in and out of the festival activities as you want.

Captivating workshops, transcending dances, beautiful ceremonies, gorgeous yoga sessions… you name it and so much more. Enjoy the nature or the wellness in between or just hang out and do nothing. A nature-emerged camping sites and a blissful river for a dip and a swim…

 Chill out by the waterside, sit with the horses, find your inner wonderland in a hammock, join an inspiring workshop, or let yourself be moved by sounds at an acoustic concert. Lose yourself in an ecstatic dance experience, or go on an inner journey during our transcending ceremonies. Feel the deep connection at a bonfire or just be present in the very moment. Let’s dive into life, beats, drums and blissful celebration!

There is no centralized program and you can go in and out of the activities as you want to go and flow. 

We have created a very detailed timetable for you to choose from. We still work on some surprise elements for you,
so please check the link regularly to get the latest update of the day-to-day program in the link.
The program will stay online during the gathering so you will be informed. You can print it or just check it online.

What is included in my ticket?

All tickets are including all activities, camping stay & food.

FOOD

It’s 5 days/4 nights at the festival, including delicious bio cooking by Marnix Lange, which he will lovingly prepare with the products from the local garden at Ottermeerhoeve. He has traveled all over Europe to get familiar with different kinds of farm life and to learn all there is to learn about food and nature. And now it’s your turn to taste the vegetarian flavors fresh out of the local gardens.

DO BRING YOUR OWN PLATE, CUTLERY AND CUPS!

We will organize 3 healthy and delicious meals a day for you. All food is bio and vegetarian. 

Breakfast, lunch and dinner will be served as a buffet. On the day of arrival, we will start with a diner. On Sunday, the day of departure, we will close our gathering with a ceremony and a joyful lunch. On other days you will enjoy 3 meals. In case you have a WEEKEND ticket, you can join us during the diner on Friday.

Note, to reduce waiting time during lunch and diner, and to reduce group size at the buffet line… we decided to eat in 3 groups. Each group will have 20 minutes to grab some delicious food on your plate. You will receive the number of your group at the beginning of the gathering. 

There is also our signature bar open during the festival where you can purchase some healthy snacks and drinks. We accept cash & pin payments.

DRINKS – Try our signature Chocolate Elixir! Order freshly squeezed vegetable/fruit juices! Or have a barista Coffee

SNACKS – Don’t miss the famous raw pies from Yvette!

CAMPING

At the camping site, there are some spots with electricity sockets nearby (no wifi) and there are a lot of spots for your camper (no extra charge).There is a nice area with clean, warm showers and toilets. Or you jump into the lake for a morning swim.

Additionally to your usual travel and festival necessities, it is good to also bring a yoga mat and pillow, and maybe a blanket, for the concerts and meditative moments.

Kids 0 – 4 years: FREE, do reserve a kids tickets in the webshop so we know to include your precious in our daycare planning
Kids 5 – 12 years: € 110,-

>> Kids tickets have 1 fee (incl food), no matter on what day they will join you. 


When can I arrive at the location and when do I have to leave?

* You are welcome to set up your tent/caravan at our camping site from 14.00 o’clock on September 1st. Camping closes at 17.00 on the day of departure.

I have special dietary requirements. Do you offer special meals?

Of course, we will do our utmost best to offer you healthy and delicious meals according to your needs. Please let us know any special dietary needs per email connect@chocolateclub.world 

Do I need to stay at the camping? Are there any inside rooms available?

Your camping spot is included in your ticket. Your camping options are:

Tent: bring your own tent and find a beautiful quiet spot in nature 
Caravan: bring your cozy home on wheels (some spots with electricity available)
Camper: special camper area for those rolling villa’s

In case you don’t have your own tent and you would like a bit more comfort there are bigger group tents available for additional fee. Please send an email to camping@ottermeerhoeve.nl to check for availability. Here are some options: 

* 2 x 3 person piramid tent incl. matrasses/linnen: € 15
* 2 x 4 person piramid tent incl matrasses/linnen: € 15
* 1 x 4 person pipowagen: € 23
* 1 x 2 person sunwagen: € 23
* 1 x 4 persons loft: € 23

Note: Prices are per person per night and you can only reserve if you also have a ticket to our gathering. 

Can I bring my children to the festival?

Yes, children are welcome at this gathering. There will be a special program organized for kids of all ages so you can leave them safely entertained, while you can replenish yourself with blissful activities of our gathering.  

Is there anything special I need to bring with me to the festival?

DO BRING YOUR OWN PLATE, CUTLERY AND CUPS!

Additionally to your usual travel and festival necessities, it is good to also bring a yoga mat and pillow for the concerts and meditative moments.

Also, it is advised by the location to bring/use preferably bio degradable cosmetics and washing supplies. Let’s think of mother nature together!

And if you would like to enjoy massages or something from our Signature Bar please bring some cash with you. There is no ATM on site. 

Can I smoke / drink alcohol at the festival?

All our events are toxicity free!

At Chocolate Club events we promote contaigious healthy lifestyle. We focus on our personal well-being and explore together the beatiful divinity in sound, wellness and movement cerenomies and festivities. We are enough, you are already everything you need to be.

* We encourage you to experience our events as low tech as possible. Please leave laptops and phones in your tent/room.

* There is no smoking permitted in the closed inside areas. In case you will find a spot outside to smoke, please make sure others will not experience any inconvience.

* We don’t serve/sell alcoholic beverages, nor do we encourage you to consume any.

Do I need to pay additional fees for the workshops?

No, of course not! All workshops and activities are included in your ticket.

I bought a ticket, but I cannot attend. Can I resell my ticket?

If for any reason you cannot be present at the festival, you may resell your ticket to someone else. In this case, please let us know by email the name of the new person who will attend the event (connect@chocolateclub.world).

We do not refund tickets for personal reasons. You may consider transferring your ticket to another upcoming event. Please contact us by email if you have a specific situation regarding cancellation (connect@chocolateclub.world)

Can I leave the festival earlier or leave the location for a period of time?

Of course. You are free to move as you like. There is no gate or entry supervision. 

We do recommend to attend group ceremonies as they are specificaly designed to deliver you a powerfull experience. 

If for whatever reason you decide to find accommodation outside the festival location, or prefer to arrive/leave at a more suitable time for you: please note that we cannot give any discount/refund on your ticket.

Are there any weather related activities?

Most organised activities and workshops are planned in the indoor areas of tents. If weather permits, a lot of activities can take place outside in the midst of incredile nature setting. 

Can I park close to the location?

To make sure your arrival will be comfortable, we have a drop-off zone at the camping site. After you off load your stuff, please park at a designated parking space, it’s just a few minutes walking distance from the location. You can follow the signs on site. 

How far away is the camping site from the main activities?

Our wonderful festival location has camping sites directly adjacent to the main gathering activities. You may choose where you want to stay at the time of your arrival. First come – First serve 🙂

Can I choose my own camping spot or will I be assigned one?

You can choose your own camping spot at the moment of your arrival. First come – First serve!

Is there free WIFI connection available?

All our events are toxicity free!

* There is a free WIFI connection available, but it’s not as strong everywhere.

It’s OK to stay in touch with your loved ones, but we insist you will use this time with us to enjoy a meaningful me-time in a tribe of beatiful free spirits and wild flowers. 

Can I still buy an Early Bird ticket?

You can, if it’s still available in the webshop!
Tickets are SOLD OUT quickly so make sure you will be on time to secure your spot at the gathering!

What is your cancellation policy?

* In case we have to cancel an event due to COVID-19 regulations, you are given the possibility of getting a full refund (100%), or a 95% refund, if this aligns with your circumstances. The remaining 5% will be donated to the Chocolate Club. These donations will gratefully be allocated to support the costs already been made for the event. 

* In case of cancellations you will automatically receive an email from our ticket provider Chipta with the above refund options.

* All tickets for HGF Begin 2021 have been refunded, please check your email to choose your refund option if you haven’t done yet. Also we would like to thank everyone for their patience, and support through donations. For further questions about your refund, please contact Chipta directly. 

How do you comply with COVID-19 regulations? What is important for me to know?

All Chocolate Club events & gatherings follow the official COVID-19 regulations which are applicable at the time of the events. 

Based on last updates from national plans, these are the current regulations:

✨ If you know you have been in contact with someone who is tested Corona positive within 5 days prior to the gathering, please stay at home

✨ If you have any symptoms, like fever and/or coughing, please stay at home

✨ At the start of the gathering we will perform a mandatory health check with a spit test with everyone, except in case you have an official negative test result in the Corona Check app or a QR proof of vaccination/recovery. Spit est is a non-invasive test and is not registered by authorities.
You can only join the gathering with a negative result or an official QR code.

✨ During the gathering we have self-tests available for those who feel the need/responsibility to test again

✨The activities at the festival are as much as possible outside. Inside activities are with a limited amount of people in groups in the tipi and yurt

✨ In the public areas where we eat, shower and go to the bathroom…  please keep 1.5-meter distance

✨ In case you can’t join the gathering for a Corona-related matter, we will give you a full refund.

✨ We are almost sold out! So if you don’t feel like joining us because of the mandatory self-test at the entrance, please let us know now.
We can give you a refund and someone else will be happy to buy your ticket.

To achieve safety your contribution to safekeeping and compliance is of paramount importance.

Also good to know, Het Grote Fjne is organized by Salmagundi for our Chocolate Club community. Find out more on www.Salmagundi.eu.

Salmagundi is officially acknowledged as a church community by the Dutch government (the dutch tax office and chamber of commerce). For our gatherings at Kasteel de Berckt we don’t have and don’t require an ‘event license’. According to and following the regulations, we are allowed to come together.  

We keep 1.5 m distance as a basic measure except during practices. 

If you do have any health complaints or any other reason to think you are infected, please take your responsibility and do a (self)test before you come. At the gathering we don’t do tests but we do have a health check at the check-in, where you state you currently don’t have any Covid related symptoms.

We live in uncertain times, and within our community you have a choice whether to practice your life’s philosophy alone or together. We, as an organization, agreed to this gathering and have prepared everything necessary to make it happen (legally). You are welcome to make your own decision, as always.

You will receive an update regarding the regulations a week prior to the gathering. 
We take Corona threat and our responsibility seriously. At the same time we believe that our gatherings make health contagious, keep people happy and they are an important contribution to enjoy life, love fully and vibration UP! 
How can I get to the location? Do you organize carpooling?

We love hosting this gathering at Landgoed Ottermeer. The area, facilities, and cooperation with the owners make this the ideal location.

By air: Eindhoven Airport and Airport Rotterdam are the closest. From there go further by train.

By car: Some planners don’t yet recognize our location, Ottermeerweg 2. In this case, use address Nigtestraat 7 in Nispen. Our location Landgoed Ottermeer is about 100 meters away from this point.

By train: From Antwerpen or Roosendaal, exit at the Station Essen (België). Walk out of the station, go left and walk along the railways (Handelstraat), take the first railway crossover to the left and you will find yourself at Grensstraat. Walk of take a bike ride until you see the border post. At your right hand side you will see our location Landgoed Ottermeer. This is about 10 minutes of walking distance.
